Job Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain corporate and high-net-worth client relationships
- Provide customers with margin and trading services
- Cooperate with investment banking department to sell investment banking

Associate, ERM & Market Risk Management
Job Responsibilities: - Identify
market risk issues; assist in improvement of the risk limit monitoring
mechanism for different business units;
- Perform
market risk assessment, get involved in new products/business approval or other
investment approval from business unit and provide risk assessment;
- Monitor
market risk for different business units and enterprise risk of the firm,
including risk reporting, independent price verification (IPV) and stress
testing;
- Assist in
setting risk policy and approval procedures;
- Optimize
risk management report templates, follow up and assist with automation;
- Coordinate
with the front desk and other departments to identify potential risks and
provide suggestions for improvement and to ensure effective risk measurement
and control;
- Deal with
the tasks assigned by department head/line manager;
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree
or above in risk management, finance or related subjects;
- CFA chartered or
FRM holder is preferable;
- 5 years or above
risk management related working experience in financial institutions or
brokerage firm;
- Familiar with
market risk monitoring, risk management procedures and understand the concept
of enterprise risk management;
- Understand the
common practices and regulations of financial institutions/securities and
brokerage firms and a solid understanding on commodities, equities, fixed
income products and derivatives;
- Experience with
using different risk management systems;
- Proficiency in
Bloomberg , VBA and python is preferred;
- Good at
quantitative analysis with knowledge in financial market, risk management
methodology, pricing model and VaR calculation;
- Experience in
consolidated supervision (并表监管) is preferred;

Vice President, Operational Risk
Job Responsibilities: - Maintain
operational risk management policies and ensure all policies and practices are
in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Prepare and
submit operational risk reports to senior management and headquarters;
- Provide
comments/guidance on handling of various operational risk matters;
- Responsible for
firm-wide operational risk control and mangement in the role of the 2nd line of
defence (LoD) by applying the following tools:
- Provide guidance
to the 1st LoD to develop/enhance key risk indicators (KRIs), consolidate the
monthly figures and report the operational risk trends;
- Conduct
operational risk event investigation, root cause analysis and validate the
completion of remediation action;
- Lead and guide
the 1st LoD in performing Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) annually and
where necessary;
- Lead to
co-ordinate matters on business continuity plan and BCP drill test;
- Conduct
operational risk-related thematic review and special projects where
appropriate;
- Deliver risk
management training to other units regularly;
- Act as an
internal control specialist to coordinate and participate in
firm-wide/group-level projects or assignments;
- Perform
additional duties and other ad hoc matters as assigned;
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree
in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related
discipline, CFA/ FRM/ CIA/ CPA would be advantageous;
- Minimum of 4
years' experience in in securities/banking/financial industry;
- Experience in
risk management, internal control and audit would be an advantage;
- Familiar with
SFC requirements and market practices, prior exposure to securities markets or
product will be an advantage;
- Ability to raise
questions and challenge to the 1st line of defence on operational risk issues
in a reasonable and effective manner as 2LoD;
- Team player with
ability to work independently under pressure;
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English and
Chinese (including Mandarin);
Business Operations – Support Team
Job Responsibilities: - Assist
in handling client static data;
- Manage
document record and perform documents filing and retrieval;
- Assist
in handling client funds instruction including money deposit, withdrawal,
internal transfer, reissue statement and FX, etc.;
- Provide
trade support, sending trade confirmation, processing settlement and corporate
actions for equities;
- Handle
settlement for IPO, placement and other business of Corporate Finance and
Capital Markets Division;
- Provide
administrative assistance for retrieving the client document to both internal
and external parties;
- Participate
in user acceptance test (“UAT”) and ad hoc projects as required;
- Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by
supervisors.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor
Degree or above in Business or Finance related discipline;
- Minimum
1 year of relevant fund in-out experience in reputable financial institutions
preferred;
- Good
computer skills (Microsoft word/ excel) and typing skills (Chinese typing is a
MUST);
- Patient
and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
- Able
to work independently and under pressure;
- Excellent
interpersonal & communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Developer / Software Engineer (Backend)
Job Responsibilities: - Develop applications according to the firm’s IT standard
and requirements
- Write unit test cases for code developed by the team or
third parties
- Prepare application configurations and
infrastructure environment settings for production deployment
- Provide level 3 support for production and compile
support and operation manuals
- Other work assigned by the management
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree holder of Computer Science, Information
Technology or relevant disciplines
- Hands on in Java, Spring boot, JPA Design Pattern
and Restful API, micro-service is a plus
- Experience in liaising with all relevant parties in IT
and working with business stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
skills
- A minimum of 1 years experience in development will be an
advantage
- Experience in the development of financial or broking
systems is a bonus
