CMSAMHK is the primary platform through which CMSI provides asset management services and operates with Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities licenses issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. CMSAMHK focus on diversified cross-border asset management services, investment consulting services and one-stop fund management and personal wealth management services. CMSAMHK offers a wide range of public and private funds with different investment objectives and risk features, aiming to capture investment opportunities in stock and bond markets in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Asia-Pacific Region and the United State. Each of the funds are designed according to the current market condition focusing on value investment. At the same time, CMSAMHK performs risk management through systematic procedures catering to different portfolio strategies in order to manage the risks and pursue steady growth of returns. - Qualified Foreign Investors (QFI):
CMSAMHK was granted the QFI quota, through which we could provide QFI products and services by ways of public funds and QFI direct investment services as well as more options in RMB investment products transacted in various markets, including domestic interbank bond market, exchange bond market, Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, and public or private funds. The underlying investment assets include China listed equities, government bonds, corporate bonds and investment funds etc. to capture the potential growth of the emerging Chinese markets. The new QFI policy allows us to help our clients to invest into more categories of Chinese assets and become their one-stop channel to enter into the mainland Chinese market.
CMSAMHK provide investment advisory services to institutional clients and fund managers with market research reports and recommend model portfolios (including blue chip stocks and bonds) regularly for their reference to make investment decisions.
