| We are a manufacturer of tinplate packaging products based in Guangdong Province. We
derive our revenue principally from the sale of tinplate packaging products to paint and coatings
suppliers and other manufacturers of packaging products in the PRC. Our major products are tin
cans and steel pails, which are generally used for storing paint and coatings. We carry out our
business through Wancheng Shunde, our operating subsidiary which was established in the PRC in
1997. |
