| We are a Singapore-based human resources service provider principally offering human resources
outsourcing services and human resources recruitment services. According to the Ipsos Report, we
accounted for approximately 1.3% of the total revenue of the human resources outsourcing and
recruitment services industry in Singapore in 2015. In addition, according to the Ipsos Report, we were
the largest service provider in providing human resources outsourcing and recruitment services to
Singapore Government Agencies and NPOs in terms of revenue generated from the public sector in
2015, accounting for approximately 18.1% of the total industry revenue from the public sector in 2015. |
