Clarification regarding suspected false advertising

Recently, we noticed that the content related to our company appeared in the promotional materials of certain fund manager.  Please be reminded that our official WeChat Account is “招商证券香港证券业务” 、 “招证国际”.   In addition, we would like to expressly state that:

1.       we have not distributed any fund(s) associated with “Going Asset Management” in any aspects and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for “Going Asset Management” or “Going Investment Fund SPC”; and

2.       we are no longer act as the administrator of “Going Investment Fund SPC” since June 2025

We will not be liable to you or anyone for any loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from any use or contact with “Going Asset Management” or “Going Investment Fund SPC”.

Please stay vigilant if anyone attempts to claim himself/herself as an employee / representatives / business partners of CMSI/CMS without sufficient proof, or induce you to provide your bank account information or invest in any investment products, etc. Please contact our company to verify his/her identity if you are in doubt.

You should also take the initiative to check the licensed person records through the public website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (https://apps.sfc.hk/publicregWeb/searchByName).  You should not be identified solely by a business card or staff card presented by a person claiming to be an employee of CMSI/CMS.  Please verify his/her identity by contacting us if you are in doubt.
