TENDER NOTICE

TENDER FOR PROVISION OF RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 

[Tender Ref.:  PT_ITD-2022-006]

1.    Background Information 

CMSI Risk Management Department wish to establish a Risk Management System for work automation. Currently, risk monitoring reports on different business lines are needed to perform risk control. Most of the reports involve a lot of manual work, taking up approximately 3 hours per day per member time to deliver reports. With the establishment of the new data mart, it is expected to automate existing report at maximum extent, leaving time for the team to conduct in depth analysis.

2.    Scope of Services

Scope of services include the provision of Risk Management System which focusing on the phase of data mart development. Phase 1 project emphasizes on extracting all raw data items needed for risk monitoring, with a clear data lineage, process and store the validated golden source raw data items into the data mart. The coverage will be all regular reports for credit risk, market risk and total risk team. With the cleaned raw data and logics, automate existing report generation. Produce data dictionary and business glossary for the data mart as user reference and compliance need.

3.    Schedule of Tendering 

The tentative schedule of tender is set out below and any change to the schedule will be confirmed by tender document or e-mail to Tenderers.
