TENDER NOTICE

TENDER FOR PROVISION OF MICROSOFT 365 & AZURE SOFTWARE LICENSE SUBSCRIPTION [Tender Ref.:  PT_ITD-2023-003]

1.    Background Information 

CMSI signed an agreement with Microsoft in 2020 which enrolled CMSI to participate in the EA program for the period of 1 Jul 2020 to 30 Jun 2023. The implementation of the EA program is made through its business partners qualified as Large Account Reseller (LAR)/ Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) since Microsoft does not manage direct sells to its customers.

In view that the current EA program will expire on 30 June 2023, CMSI intends to renew the EA program for another 3-years term from 1 Jul 2023 to 30 Jun 2026.

2.    Scope of Services

The scope of work and services shall cover the implementation of EA program in CMSI as stipulated in the EA program contractual agreement. The renewal include Microsoft M365, O365 and Azure AD license subscription. In line with the current practice, payments for the renewal are to be made annually in installments during the 3-years term of the contract agreement.

3.    Schedule of Tendering 

The tentative schedule of tender is set out below and any change to the schedule will be confirmed by tender document or e-mail to Tenderers.

4.    Expressions of Interest

To be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to sign non-disclosure letter as below attached and return to procurement@cmschina.com.hk and quote Tender Ref :  PT_ITD-2023-003.
