TENDER NOTICE

TENDER FOR RESOURCE EXPANSION OF VIRTUALIZATION PLATFORM

[Tender Ref.:  PT_ITD-2024-002]

 1.    Background Information 

The existing hardware and software resources of virtualization platform are almost saturated. To ensure that the business is not affected and support the continuous development of IT system projects (such as digital platform, iBOSS database expansion, cross-border financial management, etc.), it is necessary to expand the capacity of existing virtualization platform.

Current virtualization platform is running on HPE ProLiant Servers with NetApp C400 SAN Storage. After consideration, in order to align the hardware model and consider the hardware compatibility, and to allow CMSI to easily manage the hardware inventory and maintenance support, CMSI plans to purchase HPE ProLiant Servers, NetApp C400 add-on storage and disk enclosures, and relevant operating system software to expand the resource pool.

2.    Scope of Services

Scope of services includes the provision of HPE ProLiant Servers, NetApp C400 add-on storage and disk enclosures, Windows server and MSSQL software, together with installation and project management services.

The tenderer should provide the NetApp and Microsoft products and services from authorized channel, or shall be authorized partner/ distributor/ reseller of NetApp and Microsoft. Proof to be provided.

3.    Schedule of Tendering 

The tentative schedule of tender is set out below and any change to the schedule will be confirmed by tender document or e-mail to Tenderers.
