Project Manager, Business Development and Support
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain projects, process enhancement status/logs;
  • Be the point of contact and communicate with different internal divisions;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Legal and Compliance, IT, HR, Risk, Internal Audit and Operations Teams for BAU tasks and adhoc queries;
  • Setup meetings, coordinate with stakeholders and consolidate business requirements;

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management/business management experience in financial industry;
  • Solid understanding in Equities business;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Including Mandarin);
  • Sound knowledge about the regulatory requirements such as FATCA, CRS, CDD/EDD’s requirement;
  • Expert in MS Excel including VBA and MS Office;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills; self-starter and team player with good time management.
Associate/ Vice President, Credit Risk Management
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide credit risk comments and mitigation measures on client’s credit applications;
  • Point out relevant risk points and corresponding risk control/ mitigation measures about the new business and new product;
  • Assist to review and formulate the policies and procedures about Credit & Counterparty Risk;
  • Keep track on continuous risk monitoring and risk reporting;
  • Provide user requirement and enhancement in electronic systems in respect of risk concern issues, and
  • Perform UAT validation;
  • Such other duties as shall from time to time are directed by the superiors. 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related Disciplines;
  • CFA / FRM qualifications preferred;
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in banking and/or financial / brokerage / asset management company;
  • Familiar with best market practices; solid credit assessment skills;
  • Good communication and organization skills;

Data Analysis and Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop automation task on regular risk reports;
  • Assist Credit Risk department to improve margin financing model ;
  • Assist Credit Risk & Market Risk department to improve the stress testing models to cover all businesses ;
  • Manage automation tasks availability;
  • Optimize current automation task;
  • Collect department workflow and document the processes;

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Information System, Computer Science or related Disciplines;

  • Understand the common practices of financial institutions/securities and brokerage firms, relevant business regulations and a solid understanding of commodities, equities, fixed income products and derivatives;

Account Management / Client Onboarding Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle client onboarding and new account opening;
  • Conduct on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
  • Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking;
  • Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts;
  • Handle and Process Client information;
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide day-to-day customer services function;

Equity Settlement Officer
Job Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Section Head of the team;
  • Responsible for the trade support, sending trade confirmation, sending settlement instructions, processing settlement, investigating settlement problems and processing corporate actions for equities;
  • Handle settlement for IPO, placement and other business of Corporate Finance and M&A Division;
  • Assist in system modification and UAT testing; and
  • Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in securities broker, investment banking or other financial institutions;
  • Solid experience of settling local and global equities, fully capable of operating CCASS.;
  • Familiar with the settlement practices in HK (including China Connect markets) and other global stock markets;
  • Experience and knowledge in handling China Connect (Shanghai A, Shenzhen A), ETF and Stock Option settlement would be an advantage;

Front Office Cash Equity Trading System Developer (1 Year Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Equity Trading system development, including the entire development lifecycle (design, develop, test, release and support business aligned SDLC projects);
  • Optimize the product performance and user experience continuously;
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis on new enhancement;
  • Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with developers and /or external parties to resolve technical issue;
  • Provide level 3 support for production and compile technical manuals documentation for application system support and operation purposes;
  • Learn and adopt various package solutions for production implementation;
  • Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields;
  • Experience in Investment Banking/Securities Trading industry with relevant exposure to Cash Equity Trading;
  • Experience in development and support of Equities Trading Applications, FIX client connectivity and DMA;
  • A solid understanding of object orientated programming skills and frameworks in Java (preferred), Spring Boot, Python, C++, or other OO technology, including data structures and algorithms;
  • Front end development experience in Javascript is highly preferred;
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, in particular ability to analyze non-trivial interdependencies between systems;
  • Bonus points for experience developing/testing/maintaining production enterprise applications such as REST services and micro services;

Legal Counsel - PE & Asset Management
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full-spectrum of legal advice and support to the business of private equity and asset management;
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders on various projects and deals;
  • Draft, review and negotiate (and update, if necessary) the relevant legal documentations (such as shareholders’ agreement, fund formation documentations, etc.), policies and procedures;
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Liaise with external counsels and regulatory parties;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Prior in-house experience is not a must.
Job Requirements:
  • 5 to 8+ years PQE HK lawyer with relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge in financial products and services;
  • Previous working experience in supporting PE or Asset Management business will be an advantage;
  • Able to work under minimal supervision;
  • A good team player and well organized;
  • Good legal drafting (in both English and Chinese) and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
