Job Requirements:

1. 必须为国内外知名大学本科及以上学历

3. 熟悉券商投资顾问管理制度和KPI考核体系

4. 在国内综合类券商投资顾问工作经验八年以上,有丰富的客户服务经验,并具有三年以上管理投资顾问团队的经验

Vice President, Total Risk and Market Risk Team Head
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Market Risk Team by coordinating operational activities, training and developing the team;
  • Formulate the Market Risk Policy and monitor implementation to ensure the Market Risk Management quality is sustained and any risk cases or alerts are escalated timely to the management;
  • Develop Market Risk Management Systems to fulfill the risk monitoring/ reporting requirements from internal and external needs;
  • Oversight for the market risk and liquidity risk associated with the Firm including VaR, Stress Testing and Detailed Control Limits associated with different businesses;
  • Drive Market Risk analysis, highlighting and resolving issues as required; and
  • Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Finance, Statistics, Risk Management or related disciplines with professional qualifications such as CFA and FRM is preferred;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in market risk in financial institutions (banks, brokerage, fund house, etc.);
  • Solid knowledge in capital market and products, especially in listed equities, structured derivative products, fixed income securities and commodities;
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and VBA;
  • Analytical with good managerial, project management and problem-solving skills; and
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Frontend Developer (1 Year Contract)

  • Optimize the product performance and user experience continuously;
  • Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with developers and /or external parties to resolve technical issue;
  • Provide level 3 support for production and compile technical manuals documentation for application system support and operation purposes;
  • Learn and adopt various package solutions for production implementation;
  • Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
  • Work experience in front-end web development is an advantage;

  • Work on and support application development and maintenance activities;
  • Participate in team discussions to understand and provide inputs to system requirements;
  • Develop software to meet specifications;
  • Work with QA and performance testing teams to ensure software meets tollgate requirements;
  • Work with support teams to deploy software and resolve defects.
Job Requirements:
  • Familiar with front-end technologies lies such as Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript,
  • Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
  • Practical experience in Core Java is an advantage;
  • Experience in relational database systems and basic SQL;
  • Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot;
  • Excellent problem solving skills, communication, willingness to take ownership and risks, and enthusiasm in the face of technical challenges;

Legal Counsel - PE & Asset Management
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full-spectrum of legal advice and support to the business of private equity and asset management;
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders on various projects and deals;
  • Draft, review and negotiate (and update, if necessary) the relevant legal documentations (such as shareholders’ agreement, fund formation documentations, etc.), policies and procedures;
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Liaise with external counsels and regulatory parties;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Prior in-house experience is not a must.
Job Requirements:
  • 5 to 8+ years PQE HK lawyer with relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge in financial products and services;
  • Previous working experience in supporting PE or Asset Management business will be an advantage;
  • Able to work under minimal supervision;
  • A good team player and well organized;
  • Good legal drafting (in both English and Chinese) and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
Temporary Staff (6-month), Business Operations
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry of client information, ensure information are captured accurately in associate systems;
  • Scan client documents for future review;
  • Retrieve account documents for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and regulatory inspection; and
  • Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors.
Job Requirements:
  • Secondary Level or above;
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft word/ excel)
  • Good typing skills (Chinese typing is a MUST);
  • Able to file information accurately in alphabetical and/or numerical order;
  • Detail-minded, quick learner, highly motivated and have a "Can do" attitude;
  • Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team working spirit;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both read and written); and
