We are pleased to announce that on 13 November, 2019, China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited (“CMSHK”, a subsidiary of China Merchants Securities International Company Limited), acting as one of the Joint Sponsors, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers of China Feihe Limited (“China Feihe” or “the Company”) (Stock Code: 6186.HK), successfully assisted the Company to commence trading of its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”). A total of approximately 893 million offer shares are issued under the listing, at an offer price of HK$7.5 per offer share, raising a total of approximately HK$6.7 billion.
