We are pleased to announce that on 16 December 2021, China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited (“CMS (HK)”, a subsidiary of China Merchants Securities International Company Limited), acting as one of the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners of Qingci Games Inc. (“Qingci” or “the Company”, stock code: 6633.HK), successfully assisted the Company to commence trading of its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”).  A total of 85 million shares, before the exercise of the over-allotment option, are issued and offered under the Global Offering, at an offer price of HK$11.20 per share, raising a total of approximately HK$952 million (before the exercise of the over-allotment option) or HK$1,095 million (assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised).

As the only non-Sponsor Joint Global Coordinators of Qingci’s IPO, CMS (HK) made irreplaceable contributions in the marketing and book-building process with outstanding performance in the entire underwriting syndicate. Leveraging the strong platform sources, CMS (HK) actively introduced a number of global, Asian and Chinese institutional investors, as well as family offices, to the Company and facilitated in-depth face-to-face communication between the Company and investors, or via one-on-one telephone conference, converted key anchor order for the IPO. During the management roadshow stage, CMS (HK) organized group meetings for numerous investors to solidify their understanding of the Company. With broad client base and strong marketing strength in the book-building process, CMS (HK) secured high quality orders, sole included, from a number of renowned global multi-strategy funds and family offices, which contributed to an optimized investor composition and laid a solid foundation for the successful listing of the Company on the HKEx. Overall, Qingci’s IPO has received positive responses from the capital markets with six cornerstone investors subscribing in a total of US$70 million.
